How Lagatia’s Software Works

Lagatia’s Software works on the financial principle of costs vs sales. The largest amount of time expended is in daily purchases entered into one of four receiving reports (Food, Liquor, Non-Foods or Restaurant Operational). Everything is accounted for from olives to bank fees.

Coupled with the sales and labor information generated from your P.O.S. system a Daily Profit and Loss Statement and virtual Running Inventory is generated.  The process should take you no more than 15-20min a day.

Lagatia’s Software installs on your Point of sales (P.O.S.) computer where it can directly interface with virtually any P.O.S. system. What most restaurateurs don’t realize is that almost every P.O.S. system has the ability to send (export) reports directly into Excel. Lagatia’s software can automatically retrieve this information and sort it into a concise, approachable format.

Many P.O.S. systems can be programmed to export reports automatically further reducing time spent generating reports.
